Wanted to write again when the car was on its 5th year, but now it had stretched to its 6th already...

Maybe a good time to do a "stock take" to see what goodies is still left in the car...

Recap my previous 2 write up on the Jetta...

    1. I tried to search but I think brondit doesn't have the model specific holder for your Huawei. However, I saw a universal fitting perhaps you wanna try...

  3. Hi Ivan, during yr ownership of the Jetta, you changed the clutch and piston? Did you changed it to yield more power or because of breakdown?

    1. I had the intent to write what are the issues I’ve encountered actually. One of these are the common clutch juddering and piston crack issue...

A short answer to your question, piston crack also occurs on totally stock car... mileage under 40k, friend’s ride, same twin charged engine.

Clutch juddering occurs on mine about 16k km.

I’m on my 3rd clutch now..
